How we get the personal information and why we have it
Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:
a. To provide advice and assistance to you about your case
b. To promote and market the services of the charity
c. To recruit and train members of staff
d. To publish legal judgments and decisions of courts and tribunals
e. To respond to potential complaints or make complaints
f. As otherwise required or permitted by law.
We may share this information with ACAS, the Employment Tribunal, Respondent employers, representatives of Respondent employers, or your trade union.

How we store your personal information
Your information is securely stored on our Intralinks database.
We keep all information about your case for up to one year after your case has closed. We will then dispose of your information by deleting it from our database and emails.

Your right to rectification – You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
